We ask that you go over the product details and size-chart carefully before making a purchase. Returns

At this time, ALL sales are final. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Since we are strictly against wasteful production, we try and optimise our inventory as efficiently as possible. We highly encourage you to email us at feeling.sundazed@gmail.com with any prior questions or concerns regarding design or fit.

In case of any damage to the product(s), please refer to our exchange policy.

Refunds

Since returns are not accepted at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. In special circumstances, please email us at feeling.sundazed@gmail.com Once our team reviews the request, we will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective/damaged. In such cases, our policy of free shipping will apply for the replacement. Send us an email at feeling.sundazed@gmail.com .in within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) and our team will review your request and get back to you. 

We will aim to replace your product within 4-5 working days depending on the nature of the product and availability. 

For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline your exchange request.

Please email us at feeling.sundazed@gmail.com before shipping out any items for exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
