• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (longer for custom pieces).
• Delivery usually within about 10 days of shipping.
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000.
• Orders under Rs. 2,000: flat Rs. 150 shipping within India.

International

• Shipped via FedEx; dispatch usually within 3–5 business days.
• Flat international shipping: Rs. 2,500.
• Import duties (if any) are paid by the customer in the destination country.

Returns & exchanges

• All sales are final — orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• We do not offer standard returns or refunds (made-to-order production).
